Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Temporary Position)
Location: Cupertino, CA
Description:
This is a 1-year temporary assignment, 30 hours per week.
Main Purpose of Position:
Provide customer service for ALZET and LACTEL product line.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Provide basic product information to customers
- Process orders, quotations, credit card payments and literature requests
- Check entered orders for accuracy and release them for shipment
- Generate and distribute invoices and statements
- Perform sales reporting
- Data entry into customer database and ALZET bibliography
- Filing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- AA degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of customer service or relevant experience in a business environment
- Proficient using computer (e-mail, Word, Excel)
- Typing speed: minimum 50 wpm, accurate
- Organized w/excellent written & verbal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- QAD experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- 100% of work is performed in a typical office environment
- No or very limited exposure to physical risk
- Light physical effort - some standing and walking
