As of February 28, 2011, we held 60 issued U.S. patents and 468 issued foreign patents (which include granted European patent rights that have been validated in various EU member states). In addition, we have 79 pending U.S. patent applications and have filed 107 patent applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty, from which 459 national phase applications are currently pending in Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada, and other countries.
