As of April 19, 2013, we held 54 issued U.S. patents and 350 issued foreign patents (which include granted European patent rights that have been validated in various EU member states). In addition, we have 63 pending U.S. patent applications and have filed 109 patent applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty, from which 139 national phase applications are currently pending in Europe, Australia, Japan, Canada, and other countries.
